We open with the Sacred Pulse Kundalini Activation by Christine LaRock—a movement and breathwork journey to awaken your energy body and prepare the field. Then we soften into a mini sound bath, dissolving tension and stirring the waters of deep listening.
And from there, we open the space wide—
To receive the musical alchemy of Bob Sima and Shannon Plummer, two luminous soul artists traveling from Florida to weave song, spirit and storytelling into a live offering of presence and prayer.
