This prayer is more than words. It is the heartbeat behind every gathering I create, express and offer to my clients and community. Coming Home: A Prayer for Remembrance is the soul thread that runs through it all... from sacred retreats and women’s circles to ecstatic dance journeys, sound baths and intuitive holistic sessions. It pulses through the rhythms of Osho style meditation: the shaking, the stillness, the surrender. It moves through the breath, the beat and the body. It also lives in the heart of my coaching work where I guide women to remember their worth, embody their sovereignty and align with their true self.

This prayer speaks to the remembrance that all healing begins within. That you are already whole, already wise, already woven into the great rhythm of life. Whether we gather in joy or grief, through movement or stillness, in conversation or silence, we are not searching for something outside of ourselves. We are returning to what has always been. This prayer is our guidepost, our anchor and our invitation to come home to the body, to the earth, to each other and to the medicine that lives within you.
